Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Low Sugar


My criteria for most recipes is that, if it isn’t healthy enough to serve my kids for breakfast, it’s not worth the effort. If I wanted normal cookies, I can buy them at the grocery store. My blood sugar is so unstable, that a single cookie or mini-muffin can make me dizzy. It makes me the ideal test-subject for what will regulate my kids’ blood sugar. All meals are also gluten and dairy free.
