Zero-Time Meal – Spare Ribs and Baked Potatoes

For When You Literally Have No Time

Time: The thing you would use to shower, if you could.

Zero Time Recipe: Spare Ribs and Baked Potatoes

  • While a toddler hugs your leg, put spare ribs on a baking pan.
  • While you yell, “Just a minute, I’ll be right there!” Poke holes in baking potatoes. Include sweet potatoes if desired.
  • Place both in oven and set for 375 F for 1.5 hours. Don’t worry if you didn’t preheat if first. Dinner will turn out fine. Just set the timer. Now, go break up the fight that’s going on in the playroom.
  • Remove from oven, and cut apart ribs while the kids complain that they want food now.
  • Serve ribs and potatoes as the kids whine that they are too hot.
  • Enjoy!
