Zero-Time Meal – Chicken Drumsticks and Carrots

For When You Literally Have No Time

Zero time meals are meant to be simpler than conventional quick meals. You’ll see!

Zero-Time Recipe: Chicken Drumsticks and Boiled Carrots

  • While the dog wines to go outside, put chicken onto a pan with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake in oven at 425 F for 45 minutes.
  • While a child yells, “Mooom, I’m still hungry!” Wash carrots and chop the ends off. Let’s not go crazy here. They only need to be small enough to fit in your pot.
  • While a child asks if dinner is ready yet, flip Chicken and Cook 10 more minutes.
  • Boil Carrots. When dinner is ready, chop carrots right onto the children’s plates. It’s much faster than chopping while raw.
  • Enjoy!
