For When You Literally Have No Time
What is a Zero-Time Meal?
My friend, Lindsay Syrett, and I came up with the idea of Zero-Time Meals while having each other over for dinner once a week. She’s a single mother who works full-time. I had twin babies and a toddler. We had no time to cook. Even Hello Fresh still takes half an hour. Even Kraft Dinner requires boiling water, timing pasta, and stirring in several ingredients. We didn’t have that kind of time! We knew of no source for the simplest recipes except word of mouth. Something needed to change. So each time we had a successful, quick-to-prepare dinner together, we wrote down the recipe. We realized we had something special that just had to be shared with the world. I hope you enjoy the recipes… and the extra instructions that you might identify with.
